Congratulations Basant,
This site is wonderful and all members are also wonderful. The discussions are scientific and knowledge based. It has members from varied fields and almost all are experienced and knowledgable.
This is the only site where I get maximum and still crave for more.
Lets take a pledge to keep its quality and keep away the petty matters.
Really Basant, you have done a wondeful job and you have a superb analysing capacity which is benefitting all the members.

The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.A temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd nor against it
