Kulman... One thing that we all must strive to do is to bring Mungerilals and then convert them into better investors/traders. I think that would be the biggest victory of this great forum. (we hopefully gain experience from them, which is invaluable)

By petty matters I mean making fun of others ideas, criticising others, going to unnecessary arguments to prove one's point etc etc. Mungerilals are a part of the market and will always be there. I feel every successful investor at one point or the other must be a Mungerilal.
I also feel, for a pretty long time I was also acting like a Mungerilal.
To be truthful, now sometimes I ask myself, whether I am not behaving like a Mungeri.
I feel one of the main aim of this site is also to converts Mungeris to successful investor.
