   Topic: Is the media trying to put Bollywood above law?

These arrests & release of the likes of Sunjay Dutt, Shibu Soren, Monica Bedi, Salman Khan etc and undue glorification given by media one is compelled to wonder: While without doubt India is poised, but where is Bharat heading?

It is highly pathetic to note that people from high echelons enjoy special treatment .u can take bullets while boarding a flight but can go scotfree.u can possess a AK 47 illegally still enjoy support from political class & other sections,u can hunt animals illegally but there are people worried about their losses as a result of the hunter being jailed so we see people placing their interest above that of the nation.criminals and scounderals occupying high places and leading our people who are kept illiterate etc etc

It is a shame that insted of showing the family members of the deceased in the Bombay blasts the media shows a bunch of people who cannot differentiate between reel life and real life! Our judiciary is doing agreat job by putting its neck out and at this point in time the media should not dilute the situation by trying to show a completely different and biased view of the whole thing.

I am firmly behind BasantJi’s view and think that all these criminals should be hanged till partial death and then left free to survive the remaining suffering.
Imagine the pain of the mother/widow of a Bombay blast victim or even the deer who was killed.
The less said about the media (all news and business), the better it is. I feel that there is only one man in Indian media, and that is "Barkha Dutt" of NDTV.
