JMC Projects (India) Ltd., an ISO 9001:2000 certified company and a part of Kalpataru
group is engaged in the construction business has a well diversified clientele across four
major segments of the business- Industrial & Power, Buildings, Housing and
Infrastructure
 
stock has reacted from rs 308 level to 180 where it looks very attractive buy with target price of around 350 in next  one years time .
 
investors can add on reactions with long term view only.

Kalpataru entered this stock and had taken a big stake about a year back.

they turn around the company, which was in very bad financial shape.
kalpataru is not interested in merging this company, as they can keep participating in tenders through both the entities.
 
kalpataru is in transmission tower business and has huge order book and their growth in last few years is tremendous.
 
i believe, kalpataru carries more value than jmc.
kalpataru was recently seen in one of the business/ investment magazine where it was one of the few stocks they had mentioned for investing and forgetting for next 10 years.

JMC is not a typical construction company. I think they build factories and industrial units and a personal friend of mine who is astute at picking up multibaggers has a significant stake in this company and he has been buying at these rates.

Yes, recently they built IIM-A campus extension.
Also in old times i know they built Tata Telecom (now Avaya Global) factory.
