Any delisting candidate worth betting. The way Alfa Laval rewarded its minority shareholders, others may follow:

Honeywell
Elantas Beck
Astrazenca
BOC India
Oracle Financial
Blue Dart
Gillette
Kennametal

All have almost doubled from Dec 31st lows, but is any juice still left?
If you're prepared to invest in a company, then you ought to be able to explain why in simple language that a fifth grader could understand, and quickly enough so the fifth grader won't get bored.

The dividend payment record of these companies may give an indication if they care for minority shareholders.
You alone are responsible for your actions.

Alpha Laval is gone now. Delisting price is 4000 and its ruling at 3900.

Astrazen can be a good bet. There are rumours that delisting price will be around 3200 and its currently ruling @ 2400

One very important delisting share is Rhodia chemicals which was earlier Albright Wilson.

It has a very small equity base of about 3.5 crores and the parent owns more than 70 % of the equity. The parent has been acquired by Solvay.

The parent has already applied for delisting and the application is pending with SEBI.The delisting price of about Rs 380 is very near the existing market rate.

The play here could be an increased delisting price by the parent as the cost of delisting is very small, but this would only be for the very patient investor.

Also the company is making losses - even in the last quarter.
