Eagle: Please base your argument with reasons and we can do without that persuasion.

 Dear Basant sir,
My reasons why Tata Elxsi can be a multibagger.
Tata elxsi is a non cyclical company with excellent growth prospects. It is not a conventional software company and does not suffer from same business pressure as many other IT companies do.Presently it is busy ramping up its animation business. With almost 30 films under its belt and  looking at there future plans, the top line is to improve sustantially in coming years. A full length animated film in the US costs $100billion as against $25billion in India, which makes this business both big and profitable for Tata elxsi.Looking at its numbers also makes this company a value and growth combination.
I have Tata elxsi as almost 35% of my portfolio and I did not buy them in hurry but bought it over a couple of months only and only when my conviction was built to the fullest, as I know that I have to hold them for minimum 3years.

buy low sell high.

Seems you are new to the market. Please exercise caution before buying any stock without research.

Is the amount in million or billion?

25 billion US dollars for an Indian film would make the producer bankrupt with no chances of recovering his money.
Stockmarket is a weird place. For every person who buys a stock there is a person who sells it and both think they are very smart.
