Being diversified there is no sure way to value the right share prise band for HCC. It appears that there are two major growth triggers for HCC i.e. Lavasa and Nuke deal. But are these really predictable? Any tangible surety is present for Nuke deal opportunity to HCC?

Lavasa is near Pune but i am not sure hows the road connectivity with the nearet city, ultimatly people will prefer to stay in Lavasa only if its well connected to airport and has good roads with easy availability of transport. I doubt HCC has any control over it so i am afraid Lavasa will fly with green color. Lavasa may end up as second home for rich like Lonawala/Khandala so may not command premimum rates as of cities.

The tender contract for toll collection at the Bandra-Worli Sealink (BWSL) has been awarded to Mumbai Entry Point Limited (MEPL). The company will charge toll from the thousands of vehicles using the 4.6 km long sealink, which is almost ready for a grand opening.

According to senior officials of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), there were four bidders in the race to get the toll gathering contract. "Apart from MEPL - which is an Indian Road Builders (IRB) group company - three other contenders were in the race to win the contract. However, since MEPL has the experience of running a toll plaza which has eight lanes, the contract has been awarded to the company. It will run the toll plaza of Bandra-Worli Sealink for an initial period of 52 weeks," said a senior MSRDC official.
