Reminds me of a seminar in Pune few months ago on Health & Fitness. Actor Nana Patekar was the chief guest & spoke about his fitness regime. He excercises for at least 3~4 hours/day.

His advise about drinking was: "Drinking in moderation isn't bad. However the quantity should not be more than the amount of sweat/perspiration due to excercise/physical hard work"

Actually, wine(1 peg) a day is good for the heart(I think I read somewhere).

May be wine connoisseurs would know it.

I'm however quite sure that glass of wine a day is definitely good for hearts of Champagne Indage shareholders! Right, Devesh?

i often wish to visit offices of companies based in my city but i dont know if they would allow.i have never visited one. i think having a glance of head offices of companies is one way of sensing the managements because from it we will know how much the co. spends on luxury and decorating the offices(costly paintings, luxurious decorations etc.)

for this i try to watch management interviews on business news channels (like Boss'Day Out on NDTV Profit). they cover offices, factories, boss' residence etc on the show. this gives a good insight.

In those programmes what shines is the Italian Marble or the Golf course.
