Yeah, eClerx need more muscle to come into league of HDFC/KOTAK. If they can do it they PE re-rarting will make me wealthy or else it would be just another IT stock.Reason to hold it as below:

1) My current div yield is >10%
2) They are moving slowly but steadily, i do not confuse it with next INFY, Just look at their ratios
3) Mgmt is not as illuminant as NRN or Premji but they are doing well with relevant acquisitions
4) I think in the end, eClerx could be good candidate for take over
