Just because a company is lending to Infra/Road companies doesn't means that those loans will turn into NPA. What also matters is the time period of loan, at what phase the loan has been given like, after land acquisitions have been done or so. And here is where the competency of Management becomes important.  And I have faith in Yes Bank's management.
Lets roll up our sleeves, and get to the work...

Betting on a bank is like betting on its management. Its not a business which any fool can run. Mr. Rana Kapoor is the best of the lot.

If you're prepared to invest in a company, then you ought to be able to explain why in simple language that a fifth grader could understand, and quickly enough so the fifth grader won't get bored.

HDFC Bank Limited (ADR) (HDB) is a Screaming Buy!

I agree. Seems HDFC Bank will remain a buy for large, stable portfolio for years to come.
Have fun!
