I too had the similar experience couple of years back, after interviewing for a whole day, i was selected but offered the package that was lesser than my current package!

In recent times though this approach seems to have changed, i know many of friends who have joined persistent with industry standard package.

Kmp,

In Nakoda's sales is 1400+ cr whereas the profit margin is only 55 cr. Do you think it has a potenial to become a mutibagger?  Also, I am not sure if this is a logical way to read the reports, but considering if I do a business worth 1400+ sales a year, a gross of 55cr is not acceptable to me :( ..correct if I am wrong here?

I do not hold Nakoda now. After suggestion of senior TED member I got out from Nakoda and feel happy for decision. It is trading below my selling price. High debtor ratio is main concern for this company.

Isn't ADSL punished much more than it deserved? It's been down more than 70% from where it was few quarters back.

I personally feel that it at least deserves a price in 3 figures.

Disclaimer: I have recently accumulated and i own ADSL in good amount based on same views of mine.

Regards,
Tejas

this I am not able to why it is punished so much..
they are doing nothing on buy back front...

should be away from this stock until some clarity emerges.....
