Videocon - Management is HOPELESS.

Tv 18 hold a good stock do not worry how much it can go and when it starts to move do not sell unless there is anything fundamentally wrong with the company. Let the profits run.About adding more I am not sure so sure because the stock does fall wildly and will give you an option then. But this remains the best media stock which an investor can play upon.

Zee is another spin-off candidate where the action today reveals that smart money is at play.
The general entertainment channel is a money-spinner.Those not into it will get into it.That will be a trigger.
Valuations have to be kept in mind.

Sintex has textile and plastic divisions. They have intnetions to split both businesses. I am carrying bagge of textile business coz I like their plastic business. On the split I will get rid of textile company.

3i info is good spin off. Bajaj Auto is also planning to spin off finance/investment business

Another big spin off could come from  Financial technologies through MCX. Even if shareholders would not get a pie in MCX people will make huge money buying MCX or holding FTIL till MCX gets listed.

One more demerger candidate could be Reliance Capital?

Will they do it. See in spin offs we have to be sure about the timing or else  acheap stock would remain cheap for years. So Rel cap could be bought on demerger when the co. announces it . Normally no one udnerstands these spin offs in the market and there is where we get our opportunities.
