   what i understand from c**** computing is just a optimization of operations in the areas of computing.....
Any company for the sake, google, yahoo needs big compute farms, as Google and Yahoo business is seach engines and so on .. 
They are going to outsource this area of computing to so called "c**** computing" companies ...
Which need per job basis usage charges

Advantage is use only when required which will add up in saving lots of cost
just like in mobile mkt airtel and idea are service providers
same way it will be c**** computing

Disadvantage
Security etc
very easy to start price war ....
