What Mr. Basant says is correct.
The only thing that draws me to this company is the industry they are operating in -online advertising which is expected to boom along with technology to capture worthwhile eyeballs. But I would give any stock a very very low PE unless I am sure it has really found a niche which will give it a sustainable leadership.Perhaps Buffet's joke about failing the candidate who attempted to value an internet company is valid here because neither the shape of technology to come nor future/existing competition is known except the fact that its all likely to be disruptive?

Being in the internet space makes it an attractive stock to discuss. Lycos is very popular in the US. Skype too is popular. TEDies based in US,UK may have some idea on its products.

Northgate was first introduced at TED by reetesh I think. From what I know, it is a very well run company and reetesh in fact had a target of a 10-bagger by 2010 I think. Someone may do a search and see what all he wrote on this one. Their software Globe 7 has a leadership in its niche offering, globally.
The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.A temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd nor against it
