is there any research report on how to value godrej industries. It is very complicated. The property is owned by godrej Industries at Vikhrli. An SPV develops the property. SPV is jointly promoted by Godrej Ind and Godrej Prop.

Their consumer business is dong well. But the real kicker is the land.
 
Any idea how to value it or how much they own. Also they own some 70 odd percent of gordrej properties.
