Provide all details PKB dada.

Some questions(among many):

Payment: how much? In what intervals?
What we get in return and for how long?
Any additional charges or hidden provisions, thru which they can change current terms and conditions? For e.g. increase charges after 25-30 years suddenly for any reason.
The payment covers how many people?

So provide all details that you cAn, so that we can make an informed decision.

PKB Dada,

I have studied this few years back and I am sure there would be no change, instead of taking the membership to club Mahindra, better apply for the shares in in the IPO. (Because according to my calculation Mahindra earns more than the subscribers !!)

You can get all the details on their site, if you come across to any of the sales person, I tell you they are really hardcore sales guys and will not let you go off.

The charges are very high ,you wont get accomodation if you apply for lower cat of payment because of the season rule they have and on top of it you need to pay yearly maintenance of around 10K (Cost of the food also high, Rs-350-500 per meal per head !!) This is the crux of the meeting I had with these guys long back...

Just wanted to provide an interesting input in this equation.
I recollect from a friend of mine that one can trade these memberships. These can be auctioned on e-bay and the premium that they demand when they are ripe is much higher...Will get futher details on this and get back.

Oh great so many good stories as eye opener
I am thinking for simple reasonings.
1. Almost once in yearly basis we plan for here and there to visit places and most of the time we travel. Sometime hotel booking etc become tedious. So I was thinking of coming out from that burden and to give the responsibility for the same to others.
2. Club Mahindra people called me few months back but I was reluctant to do so that time.
3. We were thinking of taking membership for hum do humare do concept.
(Though we travel with our brothers and sisters and their families most of the time)
4. As a member one can take the guests with them as I understand.
5. When we travel in group then there comes in different minds and thereby different selection. I was thinking of taking the membership and at least forcing the people to accept my view! (Sorry I am not a dictator though)
6. I have come across the people of country club. they have offered minimum membership of 85000/- for 99 years (four couples and two kids). They will provide a complementary 3 days 2 night paid trips (for once). and 7 days six nights (free accomodation ) for five years. They have other option like 1.75 lakhs (couples + two kids+ parents) and a land of 1089 sq ft in Bangalore Vedic spa! they are making some township in Kolad (maharashtra) and for that there are different charges.
8. Can we not take foods outside if the meal is costly?
9. I will definitely book if some one has a resort near the source of TISTA river above 16000 ft see level. Last time we visited North sikim and 16000 ft above sea in Zero point / glacier- the beauty is unforgettable. Our next plan is for ORIGIN of TISTA. that take MAhindra jeep three days from SIKIM.
10. In anyway I have the opinion that the business has the potential to keep people with them provided if they wish to do so.
11. Though exclusively for Country club my relative at Bangalore  has a different view.
In anyway I will definitely talk MAHINDRA people in this reagrd as long as there is no harm in hearing the speech.
ear friends wish to hear more and more from you all.

Is there any offer from anyone, who take care of the whole vacation thing right from start to end, that is from one's home-to vacation place-to back home! The whole journey right from home.
