Looks like they are investing for a profitable growth in 08.

Available at 2BV, 15PE and 3%div yield. If they are able to get on growth bandwagon, stock can go places.

They are also into online education portal business which can grow manifold. Somehow they have been laggard in space but with the brand equity they have they should be able to catch up.

It has been almost 5 years for this story of hope. RD used to recommend it very strongly and once the stock started going nowhere he has lost hope also. Basically we should realise that businesses like BPO etc have no entry barriers so pricing will be in constraint. Though I made a 5 bagger in Eserve in hindsight I should not have invested in that company!

While the size of entry barrier could be argued (somewhat) with the expertise in the domain that they have built over the last decade - the key negative has been  - management has been extremelly inept at capturing the size of the opportunity inspite of being quite early in their experience and competence in house.
