Wow!!!, Sir jee, if one have Eiffel Tower, is elevator a problem ?
PE is solely working on Eiffel Tower & elevator model. They buy good business & compliment it with their management and make money.
Good thought. Missed it but that elevator analogy witha PE does make sense.
