Hi Avadhoot

Thanks for your reply, I am aware of what you mention above about Shishir/Kushagra bajaj passion/stake sale and that the money is of Temasek n Promoters involved.

However, as an investor in Bajaj corp, my concern was that the promoter of my company is more passionate about some other business. He could have used this money in further business expansion on Personal Care products/brands like what Godrej did when the sold stake to Temasek few years back.

However, positive is that Temasek believed in this business and put in there money even after knowing that the promoter is more interested in power business..is my another doubt which I am trying to understand the implications over long term

That concern is genuine.
OCF is negatively wavering and for past 2 years there is no investment and instead money is going in financing activities.

may be TS is sensing/knowing some change of hands in coming future.

Excellent QoQ results for Bajaj Corp. Can anyone throw somelight is the jump because of slump last year. Also, this Q profit would also be including the money kept aside as cost of Nomark acquisition which they shall divide every quarter till few more quarters ahead?

In any case, results are great. Sales revenue increase is really attractive. How much of that is by volume and how much is price, does anyone aware?

Also, how is No Marks faring?

Promoters of Bajaj Corp have now pledged close to 21% equity of company. This looks like to fund the collateral for CDR for Bajaj Hindustan Sugars & power plants, which also has pledged all of its promoter shares.. Reminds of something like Vijay mallya's Kingfisher & United Spirits/Breweries story??
Can experts suggest what should small investors of bajaj corp do in such scenario..bajaj corp is in itself making decent profits and growth but its promoter is pledging its share to fund his other problems..Please give your views..could bajaj corp's profits, reserves be also diverted to promoter's other ventures in future?? Pls suggest
