The BSE reports that over RJ has done a quick jig. he sold 50,000 shares of BEML and bought 50,000 shares of Titan.

That was a good arbitrage by him. I guess he tendered his shares in the open offer and seems to have bought it back.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and persons acting in concert with him have bought 50,000 shares of Titan Industries on April 12 via market purchase.
According to a release issued by Titan to the BSE on April 14, the shareholding of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and PAC have moved up to 10.045% (44,59,127 shares).

A person who met him about 18 months back did say he is bullish on ALL and Matrix. This news is confirmed. heard nothing after that. Price was around Rs 28 at that point in time.
