It really surprises me when people say that we need infra to support Indian growth etc. Growing is not mandatory; it is optional.
India may choose not to grow because it requires reforms, both political and economic; It requires hard work by babus and netas who are not accustomed to it; It requires core competence which we do not have; It requires skills which we lack;
The new normal in India will soon be a growth rate of 5% to 7%.
