Done.

This site is equally engaged to take such matters in limelight: http://www.petitiononline.com/2rp8n1k6/
I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.

I think we are missing the point here.

The present issue is not directly on fighting corruption.

This fast is to bring a Lokpal bill into existence. Under this law there will be a seperate mechanism to process complaints on corruption and prosecute the accused. Also there will be special provisions to seize the assets of the accused.

This Act is mainly a vehicle which one can use to to nail corrupt public servants.

The dispute is 2 fold:

1. Who are the public servants who will be covered by this act.
2. What powers will those who run the show have.

This is akin to the setting up of the Election commission where the authority though funded by the government will be independent of the government.

Once constitued it will take 10 - 15 years to see the fruits. But it will be a beginning.

Done

steps like the ones taken by Anna Hazare are not easy ( to say the least ) and the least we can do is support them.

it is nice to see people coming together to fight for a common cause rather than for religion, caste, region etc

Whether Anna Hazare is successful or not, only time will tell but i feel his movement will defiinitely bring some change.

Lets hope for his success and good health.
