Well, I missed the bus here. I planned to attend the meet but unfortunately I couldn't. I'll positively looking forward for a next meet in Mumbai/Pune. Hope we can have one at the earliest. Deo

Every word has lot of meaning & depth.
Even the known & the routine like the one on balancing job & personal life carries lot of weight.
IMO, every one should read some of the popular threads of TED before, to digest the gyan in this post.
Thanks Shadofax for your efforts.

Great work sir for posting everything so well on TED. And Basant jee, gret work as usual. I have actually taken up a job nowadays and hence not able to post much on TED(really miss our talks). I am however keeping myself updated from time to time on TED of course. Miss all the regular and loyal TEDdies. Good work again everyone, keep it up!!

The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.A temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd nor against it

Basant, could you elaborate on this? How would you estimate the CAGR?
|
I was talking about expectations here. Ultimately CAGR is a function of earnings growth and PE re(de) rating and arises out of our old and favorite TED Tool RoE (1- payout ratio) which we discussed a lot at the meet.
