   Topic: Reports that infringe Copyright Laws.

Please do not quote any article/reports from other websites that infringe their copyright permissions. I have received a complaint in this regard and this matter should be treated as very serious.

Is there any problem in putting a report which is open to all(open to non-susbscribers) on a particular website or that will also create problem?
e.g Reports put up on valuenotes or similar websites. Is there any copyright infringement?

Even if content is open for non-subscribers, you just can't copy/paste here - you can place a link to that website though.
Quoting a part of paid-subcriber article might be okay, along with mentioning the source (the site selling the membership might actually gain customers this way). But now that we know that legal deparments of some companies can be hyper-active, I wouldn't be doing the 'quoting' bit either.

That will certainly add to the mystery & mystique of investing. Now, you can just say, "Trust me" and wink like this  or if you have a nose like mine you can tap it (not pick it) in a significant manner (online).

Pasting links is the best idea.. Please do not paste material from any website or for that matter, any paid brokerage report.. Otherwise our dear Basantji would be in trouble.. Basantji, can we use private messages for the same?
