Car parking is a very good business in US. In some importnt places, fee is 10$ for a hour parking.

simplex sim park in lindsay is a good shopping place....i was there yesterday and there is huge crowd plus a good 'adda' for all...publicity and signages can rake in good money ...plus there are a lot of other possibilities ...

Well Kulman, As already discussed in this thread nobody is aware of any company really into Car Parking Business, but constructing car parkings is very profitable venture for some construction companies. I know for one C & C constructions limited have recently (In 2/2009) bagged order as under
Construction of M/L under
ground Car parking in Green area at Hauz Khas, Muniraka market,
Gandhinagar and Model town-II in Delhi
