Sell the stock in the F&O for an equal quantity that you apply for in the  warrant. Or else sell the stock in hand.

Coming to a new tack altogether, I would like to have some views on:
1) Future Potential, both short term as well as medium term, based on current management initiatives.
2) Corporate Governance
3) Any other relevant issues

for all the 3 companies, namely TV-18, IBN 18 and Network 18 . I, and so many others are sitting on holdings from the earlier years which are now down almost 70-80 % from their purchase price. I had a belief that media is recession proof, which alas has turned out to be a myth.

If the answers to the above three points are in the positive zone, the next question can then be addressed : Should we buy more , to get our average prices down ? Almost 15% of my portfolio is in media, namely the above three companies.

Why you invested in all the 3 companies? I think we need to invest only in Network 18 as it holds majority stakes in all the group companeis....
If predictions were true then stock markets wouldn’t be this exciting!

All those things are in the past, when I was investing. Now the question is, do we wait till the markets move up, or add some more at present levels.

To determine that is the objective of my previous post.
