Unlike most photographers, I hate my camera. I have read hundreds of stories on the Internet in which photographers argue about which cameras are the best and why. There are stories trying to prove that Canon is better than Nikon,http://anyha.cn/upload/home.php?mod=space&uid=137421, or that 4×5 film is better than medium format digital. Both fit Nikon DK-16 viewfinder eyecups.Samples

Here are some sample photos from the Bessaflex TM I took walking around San Francisco. Note that it’s really not representative of the camera in any way since the image quality depends entirely on the film and lens used, but hey.

Conclusion

If you are interested in using M42 lenses or have an existing collection of M42 glass,Mulberry Factory Shop, enjoy the manual process of shooting film with a lack of autofocus and aperture priority (automatic exposure time based on measured light), the Bessaflex may very well be the best camera you can buy.

If you’d like to acquire a Bessaflex TM, there is little hope outside of manual focus camera forum classifieds, local camera shops’ used sections and eBay. It’s extremely difficult to find them new, but hey: it’d be silly to buy one in a box anyway.

Although Adobe Photoshop's introduction in 1990 spawned the term "Photoshopping, the manipulation of photos has been around pretty much as long as photography itself. To show this fact, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City will be holding an exhibition titled, "Faking It: Manipulated Photography Before Photoshop. The show will feature 200 'shopped photographs created between the 1840s and the 1990s, providing a glimpse into how photographers of old use their work to humor and deceive.Techniques used include multiple exposure photography (in which the same piece of film is exposed with multiple shots), combination printing (in which a single print is exposed by multiple films),******** tassen, photomontage, overpainting, and retouching on the negative or print.

The photographs in the exhibition will be divided into seven different sections,********, titled "Picture Perfect, cheap Michael Kors bags, "Artifice in the Name of Art, "Politics and Persuasion, "Novelties and Amusements, "Pictures in Print, "Mind's Eye, and "Protoshop.

Here's a small sampling of the images found in the exhibition:

If you'd like to check it out in person, the show runs from October 11,http://www.hnmama.com/home.php?mod=space&uid=1247350, 2012 through January 27, 2013.

. The information said that the actual designation was not known,http://10000gs.com/plus/view.php?aid=874569,Mulberry bags, but it would essentially be a '1 series'. There was also a warning that there would be a long wait between any 'preview' and any cameras being annouced and subsequently shipping.

If true, this means Canon is going for the larger pro-style body rather than following after Nikon's 36.3MP D800.The second rumor is that there's a massive price drop coming to the Canon 5D Mark II. Canon Rumors writes that the price will be dropped down to $1699 within the next week, and will stay at that price point until the camera is out of stock.

It's a move that makes a lot of sense for Canon, since having the 5D Mark II remain in the product lineup would continue to cannibalize the new Canon 6D.
