Camson Bio [good growth, good product][100]
cosmo films [leader in own space, bought US firm good tech ][123.65]
Deepak fert. [good growth number, Hit and Vivek ji suggestion][112.65]
FDC [Liked steady growth and buy back, TED suggested][73.95]
graphite India [worldwide consolidated business, leader in india, high entry cost for new comer][84.80]
Hawkins [good steady growth, space to grow in non stick (futura brand), no debt, high dividend][720]
Insecticide India [good growth, good dividend][94.08]
Lakshmi energy [They use every small waste, potential in own brand and basmati, also can tap more in normal rice][157.75]
Mayur Uniquoter [hit ji suggestion][119.25]
Parekh aluminx [Hit ji again, liked growth numbers][158]
PennarInd. [TED suggestion, good numbers][35]
Vinati Organics [leader in own space][74.20]

I am likely to hold long and don't have any target or expectation :P. Any comments or suggestion are most welcome.

Good ones! Among your stock selection parameters, just add 'minimum dividend payout ratio' of 20% too - and then check if your existing stocks meet the criteria.

Hi
Seems like a good selection of growth stocks.
paral and lakshmi have high debts.

Stockmarket is a weird place. For every person who buys a stock there is a person who sells it and both think they are very smart.

Yes dividend is also my criteria as it tells whether company has comfortable cash position or not. But I look for yield and had not thought about dividend payout ratio. Would be interesting to check what ratio my stocks have.
paral - 0.59, lakshmi - 0.89 (debt to equity) I am generally fine with d/e till 1 provided they can use the money to grow and have good margins. paral ROE-15%, lakshmi ROE-22%
And thanks for the comments.

Compact Disc has no debt, P/E of 1.3 and a dividend yield of 3.36%. But when you look closely, they payout only 5% of the net profits as dividends.
When you have dividend payout ratio as a criteria for stock picking, you automatically avoid duds like Compact Disc.
