I smell a rat. And cats generally do this well.
When registering, I think many members while registering just selected the 1 for Day, 1 for month and some year as date of birth.
Properity is definitely not 76 years old, as shown by the forum software.

Thank You guys, and a very very happy birthday to others as well.
I was really hoping that I wont be reminded that I grew older! However, since it has already been reminded, I wanted to share my analysis.
According to “BubbleVision book of Economics”, my seasonally adjusted core age is 7 years, as that many leap years (like 2008 would be) have passed since my birth.
“Technically” speaking now since I have passed 26, I would move towards 65 with strong Resistance at 40! "Fundamentally" I am well, however as every one knows, they change very fast!
