I am looking for a small cap which you are very convinced about
And if it either happens to be a market leader in its sector or if the sector/stock is about to undergo or undergoing a structural change (i.e. an inflexion point) ... then it would be great !
ONE IMPORTANT CONDITION: It should be outside Equity Desk XI Team ..
To make it easy, if you don't want to give big writeups of why you think you are convinced about it ... even very small amount of jotting down top 3 positive points would be enough !!

Nucleus Software(Outside of TED XI)
1) Leadership in its niche area.
2) Good Management/Capable of scaling up.
3) Addressable market huge.

Vipul ji (xbox) - I am not looking for some 3rd person recommedation instead something that you are CONVINCED about ...
From you i would have expected: Yes Bank, India Bulls *, so on .....
But you laughed because you mistook me that i am looking for "stock tips" ... I actually want to research on a new smallcap stock to add to my core investing portfolio - and i thought my TEDdies friends can give me a starting point on which small cap story to do self-research on !
..... That was the background to my Question and not looking for stock tips ...

How about Venus Remedies ? It is out of TED XI team and doing lot of buzz now a days. We have some discussion already goin on regrading this scrip in the Stock Synoposis section.

I will stay away from such stocks till dust settles atleast . Once anything is discovered there is no cream left !!
